My top show of the year was also the most difficult to shoot. I somehow came out with some usable images – if I hadn’t, this show might have gotten knocked down a few notches due to the extreme frustration of shooting in the complete dark. This was Fever Ray’s first New York show and it was amazingly eerie and bone chilling. It was creepy to the point where I wasn’t sure if I was at a concert or a voodoo something-or-other. But that’s performance, and paired up with the amazing music Karin puts out it makes for a great show. Also, it helped that this show was a one-year anniversary date for me and my girlfriend!
